Common questions

Signing in

AdSafe has no passwords. Enter your email at adsafescan.com.au/social/login and we email you a six-digit code that expires after ten minutes. If it does not arrive, check your junk folder, then request a new code after a minute.

The AdSafe app for Canva

In a design, open Apps, choose AdSafe and select Connect AdSafe. Sign in, then select Allow. Select a text box and choose Check with AdSafe. To disconnect, use Disconnect AdSafe in the app, or remove the Canva app from your AdSafe dashboard.

Free checks and the plan

A free account includes 3 full checks a month. The AdSafe Social plan makes checks unlimited (within fair use). Manage or cancel your plan from Manage subscription on your dashboard.

A result looks wrong

Email us the wording you checked and what you expected. We review every report and use it to improve AdSafe's checks.
